With over 23 years of experience in the mortgage industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families achieve the dream of homeownership—one home at a time. From first-time buyers to seasoned investors, I’ve built a reputation for delivering trusted guidance, honest advice, and consistent results across all residential property types, including single and multi-family homes, townhomes, condos, co-ops, and new construction. 

What sets me apart isn’t just my experience—it’s my commitment to people. I approach every client relationship with energy, heart, and the mindset that their goals come first. Whether working with a homebuyer, a real estate partner, or a financial professional, my mission is simple: make the process clear, smooth, and successful from start to finish. I take pride in being the person my clients and referral partners can count on to go the extra mile—every single time. 

Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to build a strong referral network that includes not just past clients, but also real estate agents, attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, and developers who share my dedication to excellence and client care. 

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from St. John’s University and proudly stay active in both professional and community circles, including the Staten Island Chamber of Commerce, Staten Island Board of Realtors, and the Advisory Board for the Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund. I also served as President of the Executive Club of Staten Island. 

Outside the office, I’m a proud husband and dad who lives for time with my wife and kids. I’m beyond grateful for the opportunities this business has given me—and even more grateful for the trust my clients place in me to guide them home.
